There are five pillars of well-being: movement, food + water, community, nature, and purpose. That being said, health is not one size fits all. My own personal journey and my role as a personal trainer and holistic health coach have taught me that full spectrum health is unique to each individual, and must be observed through a holistic lens. We each have our own bio-individual needs, and I aim to help you find the healing path that takes into account your values, your personal history, and your individual goals.
