A guide towards stepping back into your power

While physical health is a huge component of our well-being, I want this space to allow you to foster health in all areas of your life—mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and communal.  Through my integrated approach, you will peel back the conditioning that gave you amnesia to you forget that you are whole and divine. I am here to help you reconnect to your freedom through self realization, so that you may embody your most authentic self. You are magic, you are the divine personified. And through this physical, mental, and emotional practice you will reconnect to that feeling. My mission is to help you close the gap between where you are at and where you would like to be.  I will be there with you for every step, doing the workouts with you, helping you find your way in the kitchen, and taking that self-advocacy into all areas of your life—be that your relationships, career, social life, etc.—that contribute to your well-being.  The way we do one thing is the way we do everything.  Let’s start inside. 

My Mission

Shifting the narrative through a lens of self acceptance and self discovery

My mission is to shift the narratives around fitness culture that use fear as a primary tactic, the same narratives that promise people “new” bodies through rigid routines and yo-yo diet culture.  My goal is to facilitate the conversation around how you feel about yourself.  I aim to provide the container that fosters your personal evolution where you can start your journey of radical self-love. Through physical movement, nourishment, connection, and playful rituals, you will learn to embody your most integrated self.   By committing to these practices, you are signaling to the Universe that you are ready to liberate yourself, and step into your fullest expression. This is going to be a conscious inward journey that you will take the rest of your life.  There are no quick fixes here. I am here to teach you how to adopt a lifestyle that honors your physical, psycho-emotional, and energetic needs every single day. Your transformation will stem from a physiological shift. An undeniable shift that then changes the way you perceive and show up in the world.
