We all know that physical health is a critical component of our well-being, but providing you with the tools to foster wellness in every area of your life—psycho-emotional, spiritual, and communal--is my goal.  Through this integrative approach, you will release the conditioning beliefs that have kept you divorced from your truth. I will be at your side every step of the way, guiding you through workouts, helping you find your way in the kitchen, and with creating your own personal system of rituals that deepen your well of self-trust.

My Mission

Personal and Collective Freedom

Integrated well-being is at the intersection of four main pillars: physical health, psycho-emotional well-being, spiritual connection, and community care. These components of well-being are deeply interconnected. Each one impacts the others.  But the wellness industry treats them as separate.  


My mission is to provide you with tools and practices that allow you to blend all of those pieces so that you may access all of the joy, pleasure, abundance, connection, confidence, and love that you desire. 

I aim to shift the narratives around wellness culture that have used fear as a primary tactic, the same narratives that promise people “new” bodies through rigid routines and yo-yo diet culture.  My goal is to hold the space for you to embark on your journey of radical self-love. Through physical movement, nourishment, connection, play, and creative rituals, you will shed old stories and fill out all the spaces of your truest self.   

By committing to these practices, you are signaling to the Universe that you are ready for liberation, and to show up in your fullest expression. Through these methods, you will embark on a conscious inward journey home.  There are no quick fixes here. I am here to guide you towards a lifestyle that honors your physical, psycho-emotional, and energetic needs.  I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
